November 19, 2021I went to get an estimate & as the owner was checking my trunk (knowing it wouldn't open properly), he slammed the trunk & broke my window. He refused to fix it & laughed in my face. Until I called the police to make a report. Thank God I recorded him admitting he broke my back window.

Manny is the Absolute Best! Having never owned a BMW prior to my visit, I took my recently acquired 1989 E30 Convertible (from a previous owner who failed in fulfilling routine maintenance over the years) to Mota Autohaus for diagnostics and was immediately met with honesty and integrity upon speaking with Manuel over-the-phone and in-person. He gave me an accurate turnaround time and told me when I could expect to hear an update from him. A short time later , Manny gave me a diagnosis of everything needed to get my E30 mechanically proper! I will not hesitate to recommend Mota Autohaus to anyone needing to get their BMW serviced in Birmingham!
